Thank you for shopping with Astrid's Attic. Every order is carefully packed with love and attention before beginning its journey to you.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or market events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This service provides:

  • End-to-end tracking

  • Delivery updates

  • Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

From time to time, Astrid's Attic may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly stated on the website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information first.

Royal Mail considers an item lost only after a specific period has passed. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Astrid's Attic cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage to the parcel

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
